The Copenhagen Post is the only English newspaper in Denmark, providing Danish and international news. Founded in November 1997 by San Shepherd, The Copenhagen Post has a weekly circulation of between 12,000 and 15,000. It comes out every Friday, with total annual amount of 51 times. The paper cooperates with national news service Ritzaus Bureau and supplied daily news in English to the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Commission.

The paper is primarily dedicated to politics, business, education, finance, and general news. Recently it started basic coverage of Sweden, with some additions of international news. It includes comprehensive entertainment guide and some advertisements, mainly concerning Stroget shopping hints for tourists.

Newspaper can be subscribed to, purchased at news stands and obtained free in some locations as Copenhagen Airport. It  has website version, which provides email news bulletin on weekdays. Those, who subscribe to paper version, can also download secured PDF copy from the website. The website contains archives of all the articles, ever written for the newspaper, even if they were not published in hardcopy.
