Charlottenborg Palace is a great example of Baroque architecture, now converted into one of the most celebrated art galleries under the supervision of Danish Academy of Fine Arts. It features rotating exhibits of contemporary art.

Carlsberg Brewery, dating to 1847, is one of the world's oldest and largest breweries, which remains family-owned until now. The visitors can observe process of brewing, taste different kinds of specialty beer and visit the historical museum of the enterprise.
